Introduction

Hi everyone and welcome to our blog. This is a really exciting time in our lives as we begin our big adventure living in Shanghai for the next 3 years. As you all probably know, Greg is already in China. He has been transferred with his firm, and is now Area Manager, International Education and is working with his firm's affiliated international schools in Shanghai. The kids and I will be moving in August to start the school year in September and we have chosen a FANTASTIC school with a real community spirit. We will visit for two weeks from 15 May to have a look around and get just a general feel of Shanghai life. We will also take the opportunity of visiting the school and hopefully the kids will be able to have a day or two there. I am also hoping to get some teaching work when we eventually move so fingers crossed that will come off. In the meantime, I will be updating the blog every couple of days while we are there on holidays so I hope you will all check back with us from time to time.
