Back from the Australian warmth to snow

We had our REAL taste of snow on the ground. It doesn't snow that often in Shanghai. It is more a cold, wet and miserable winter. But we woke up to more than just a flurry. These were taken as I trudged down the road to catch the staff bus and the others taken at school. Made for an interesting commute to and from school for a couple of days as Shanghai isn't geared up for weather of this kind. I rang Greg on my way to school and said they had the snowploughs clearing the freeways. His response, "what the Chinese version, 6 men and a shovel?"
